Mr. Resnick has diverse litigation and non-litigation experience representing individual, business and governmental clients in a variety of matters. While a Senior Attorney for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Mr. Resnick's commercial and banking background enabled him to recover cash collections in excess of 20 million dollars arising out of FDIC's role as receiver and liquidator of failed Alaska financial institutions. As Senior Property Manager for the University of Alaska, Mr. Resnick provided the University's Land Management Office with legal and economic advice relative to the University's real estate, timber and mining portfolios consisting of more than 200,000 acres in Alaska. More recently, Mr. Resnick has expanded his commercial and real estate practice to include employer representation in employment and traditional labor matters, wrongful termination and discrimination.
