Mr. Mede has vast experience in both litigation and non-litigation labor and employment law matters on behalf of public and private sector employers, including: union organizing drives; negotiation of collective bargaining agreements; representation of employers in arbitration proceedings; representation before labor relations agencies such as the National Labor Relations Board, the Alaska Labor Relations Agency, and the National Mediation Board; representation of employers in unfair labor practice hearings; and defense of wrongful discharge, sexual harassment, discrimination, wage and hour, and other employment related matters. Mr. Mede has represented employers in labor and employment related matters for over 25 years.
