Mr. Turner has successfully represented major individual, corporate, institutional and government clients in a large number of (1) motion hearings and jury and bench trials (before Alaska State Superior Court and District Court, and U.S. District Court for District of Alaska), (2) arbitrations, and (3) appeals (before Alaska Supreme Court, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and U.S. Supreme Court), in a variety of commercial, real estate, business organization, financing, securities, contract, business tort and employment relations disputes, many of which involved multi-million dollar claims. He has also negotiated and drafted documentation for hundreds of major (1) business formations, organizations, financings, capitalizations, mergers and acquisitions, (2) commercial real estate sale, purchase, lease and financing transactions, (3) employment relations agreements, and (4) other contracts.
