Mr. Turner has successfully represented major individual, corporate, institutional and government clients in a large number of (1) motion hearings and jury and bench trials (before Alaska State Superior Court and District Court, and U.S. District Court for District of Alaska), (2) arbitrations, and (3) appeals (before Alaska Supreme Court, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and U.S. Supreme Court), in a variety of commercial, real estate, business organization, financing, securities, contract, business tort and employment relations disputes, many of which involved multi-million dollar claims. He has also negotiated and drafted documentation for hundreds of major (1) business formations, organizations, financings, capitalizations, mergers and acquisitions, (2) commercial real estate sale, purchase, lease and financing transactions, (3) employment relations agreements, and (4) other contracts. He is rated "AV" by Martindale-Hubbell , which signifies his attainment of the highest professional and ethical standards. He has also been listed as one of the Best Lawyers in America in its Commercial Litigation, Corporate Law and Real Estate Law sections for a number of years.
